What a Deal
I've had the phone just about a month. I've been using a Samsung Galaxy S6 for a very long time. Big difference, size for one. My hands are not very big, I don't feel any strain holding it though. Screen is huge, at least for me and very bright and clear. This phone is very responsive, I've swiped, flicked, tapped and typed without any hesitations. Security features have a decent number of options, finger print reader is located/integrated with the power button its so easy to use and I like the location. Camera takes good pictures but I haven't put to the test yet. Phone was unlocked but branded ATT, no big deal though. Took Sim out of S6 popped into first Sim slot of A013 and poof, magic. Used the easy transfer through Samsung and everything transfered over from the S6 easily. The phone also came with a 32GB brand new memory card, a samsung oem charging brick and standard USB to C Samsung oem cord as well as a screen protector. I have no complaints or issues using this phone and the value is amazing. I did buy a case and extra screen protectors too. We all know it's going to chip or break so I'm prepared. You can't go wrong with this phone.

The Battery is Great!
Everything I need. I don't use face recognition or the finger print reader. My big problem is the camera. I simply want to point and shoot. It is a problem with this device. Samsung has made that a problem where one never existed. I have missed many opportunities where I wanted to catch my great grandson's face, my dog playing and my daughter in law smiling but the camera failed. It is difficult to get the shot I want. Also the display is not set to dim sufficiently in the dark. I'll look for an app to help.

Excellent Value!
I bought this phone after my old one got wet on a cruise in Cozumel, and I'm still using it today! It works great with a fantastic camera and long battery life. Highly recommend!

Worthless!
This phone didn't work at all! Phone calls would drop as soon as they connected, if they connected at all. The back of the phone looked like it was either chewed by a dog or frisbeed out the window of a moving car. The port to eject the sim card tray had something broken off inside it. This phone was listed as "factory refurbished," but no factory would let something in this condition leave their property with their name on it. It did charge and connect to wifi, though, but that doesn't do much good if it's supposed to be a phone. Just spend the extra $15 and get a brand new one from a different seller -- like I did.

Still a good buy even if not the latest model
This item has been with me for such a short time that I am still breaking it in. So far these are my notes.Biggest phone I’ve ever had, I still need my glasses thoughtBattery lasts a long time, supports fast charging but not wireless charging. The refurbished unit worked flawlessly and the included SD card was a nice bonusThe zoom in the camera is 10x,Loved that is was unlocked, I can use it with TextNowHad a bit of a hard time opening the sim slot, but no complaintsI hope this is helpful.

Hmmm. USB C and Ethernet Tethering - Cool
I am a dyed in the wool iPhone user, but I bought this in a panic after Hurricane Ian tore up all the local infrastructure to use mostly as a hot-spot. Much to my welcomed surprise, it had built-in support for ethernet tethering. So bought a USB-C to ethernet adapter and patched into my existing wifi router wan port. Bam! LAN back in service. Sweet! Only problem is... One year later, I just discovered that this ethernet feature is no longer working. Bad cable? No. Bad USB to ETH module? No. Tried a spare known-good USB-C device. Nope! That doesn't work now either. Dang! Tried factory reset, reconfigure USB port. No joy! Bad phone? Most likely. It still charges OK, but no hard wired data.Update: Did a little research and discovered that the USB-C port on this phone is a separate board and is replaceable. Checked and discovered that this replacement board only cost around $10. Discovered that DIY replacement is not quite as surgically demanding as working on an Iphone. The back comes off, but it is quite tenacious and required me to resort to my pocket knife to get it free enough to get the plastic guitar pick started. 'Was difficult putting the two antenna connectors back on. The are about pin head in size. Whew! USB-C data back working again. Musta did OK with the antenna connection too, 'cause the 5G is working. Very cool!

Update on my last review & rating
I am writing an apology to the seller on my poor review. The phone had something on it that lookedexactly like a lot of scratches, even after wiping the screen. Later, I wiped it with a clean microfiber cloth and the screen displayed no scratch-like marks. I would like to retract my low rating, if possible.
