I took one pill. I didn't think about eating. I think these pills may be a Blessing for me. I had no desire for any kind of food. I'm impressed.

Nothing to dislike. Just be sure to consume lots of water through the day. What I appreciate about this is it is to be taken with a little food at breakfast. Often forget to take when others say to consume a half hour befor eating.

I saw no effects after 45 days. I tried the keto diet while using but still lost no weight. I cut out all diet drinks, bread, sugar and sweets. The product was totally ineffective.

I liked the ease if of taking it but for me it just didn't work. I took a month's worth and can't return it.
