After my last battery not working in the Pavilion 4 laptop I put this one in (ASUNCELL MU06 MU09 New Laptop Battery for HP) it works perfectly, the new battery charged right up to 100 percent and it stays charged. With the last battery the computer would go off if not plugged in even through the battery said it was charged at 85 percent it was really dead.

Took less than 5 minutes to replace on my son's Acer c740-c4pe chromebook. Charged right up. I thought it was the power adapter at first but it wouldn't charge. Then after troubleshooting on Acer website decided to order this battery. Now back up and running. Quick and easy. Thanks

The worst battery ever. Yes it fits my laptop but that's the only positive thing I can say. Even after being plugged in for multiple days the moment you unplug the battery from the wall the laptop dies because this turd doesn't hold any charge.

Needed to replace my (yes, outdated) Alienware laptop battery, and I was very happy to find this one for an affordable price. Was happy with the tools it came with, though I'll admit the only thing I can really recall using is the plastic tool to help me remove the back of the laptop safely so I could remove the old, bloated battery. Everything else was with tools I already had at home.Overall, solid battery performance, though it's on Dell for NOT making it an easy thing to replace in the end haha.
