I have a 51" waist that is the size around and across the belly button and it fits good I don't think that it would work on a 60" waist though maybe up to a 55" max. It's easy to adjust for more support by pulling the 2 extra bands further up front. I like it and surprisingly it's better than a lot of name brands out there

It is wider then my other back belts. The Velcro holds really well. I wear it from 9 am to 8 pm with out issues. I wash by hand and it dries in about 48 hours. Worth the price.

My sister has lower back pain after she gave birth my niece. Sometimes she tells me that she hurt a lot and the pain make her toes numb as well. I bought this for her since she starts back to work. My sister said it helped her a lot, decreased her pain level and she is hAppy with it

I've been wearing it for a full day now, long enough to know whether it'll work for me or not. So far I like it very much. I got the large size, and I think I'll try to find it in a medium, just so the Velcro straps don't overlap a little as with the large. Even so, I like it very much. Recommended.
