Great fit for me
To heal my AT I had to start with a higher lift approximately half inch so weaning myself down this cup is perfect bringing my heal down slightly with no recurrence of pain. Also these don’t slide around in your shoe like some other brands

You won’t regret it.
My husband really likes these. They aren’t super dense or rigid, so I don’t know how long they’ll last. But he definitely felt some relief after using them. 100% worth the money!

Mushy gel, not firm
I wanted a firm insert, more like a hard foam orthotic. Despite the description, this is a mushy gel.
