Bought as a bench charger for maintaining a lawn mower battery over winter. Does a great job! The 'smart connect'ish feature that it has makes it safe and really easy to use. Charges as it should, and seems to be made well for the plastic thing that it is. Looks like it will hold up well enough, but the durability over time is yet to be seen. I'll keep the review updated.

This little charger is fantastic! It’s a 1.75A charger that out performs my larger old trickle charger. It’s a smart unit with an easy to read display. (One thing to note: it will specifically NOT work for LiFePO4 batteries. This will NOT do the charging profile required for ONLY those batteries, But it works VERY well for AGM and standard batteries.)I bought it to use the de-sulfate feature on some old UPS batteries, but they were too far gone. However, I’ve used it on my Harley battery as a regular charger and it’s been strong and reliable. It starts out as a regular charger, then shuts off when the battery is full, then automatically goes into trickle mode as it needs to.It’s got a great feature in that it displays what it’s doing. The display toggles back and forth showing the exact volts and amps it’s putting out as well as the graphical display of the battery filling up.It’s a “set up and leave it go” thing that will shut down when the battery doesn’t need it or it will turn back on when it’s needed.Recently my truck battery was too low to turn it over so I connected this charger. I like the voltmeter display. It showed 11.2v before I plugged it into the wall. Once plugged in, this unit displayed exactly what it was doing and had me up and fully charged over night.The next day I did notice that when I moved the cord at the connection, the screen went dark. I surmised that there are broken wires in the SAE plug. I contacted the seller asking for a new SAE plug to solder on, and they wrote back overnight that they are sending me an entire new unit! What great customer service!This is a great little charger that does all that I need backed by a company with great customer service!

Easy to use and works as it should. Charged my dead battery and I will continue to use it as a trickle charger on my bike throughout the winter. Great price.

This charger/maintainer works great, but.... I hate how the unit bugs out if there is any play whatsoever in the plug you are using. I have a fairly new cord that this is plugged into but it has just enough play for this to slightly wiggle. This slight play seems to freak the unit out causing it not to charge or maintain my battery. Personally, this issue could be fixed with a grounding side tab(that slips into the grounding socket) to better hold the unit in the plug. Regardless, I still like it for the price.

Getting to understand smart charger. They work. Must read directions to learn and understand functions. Not difficult but need to read to get the most service from the charger. Charger measures voltage values and will report a failed battery, but may need to use a more powerful charger to boost voltage before 1.75 volts will get you to read 12 scale. Practice helped and tested on a fully charged battery to gain understanding of operation. Pleased so far.

So far it's working great! I had to fight with a stripped screw to get my battery out of my moped (usa taotao pony 2020), it's been in and out of the shop after sitting for over 9 months, and I supps3dted the battery needed to be charged and working and off and stalling alot.Got the battery out and plugged up, husband said batty was at 30%, it's been plugged up for a few hours now. And is charging beautifully. I did alit of research and rad alot of reviews for different chargers.For the price pou t this works very well and in happy with it. Took the leap of faith after reading a review from a motorrcycle rider

I like the screen read out, lets you know whats going on. I've been using it for several days now and have no issues with it. Seems well made, clamps are better quality than my Battery Tender brand. The cord was shorter than my battery tender so I spliced an extension in to the line.

Great little charger has the same features as the larger more expensive ones I have already used it and it works great the bigger chargers do not work on batteries that have a lower voltage than 10 or so but this will that's why I bought it.
