Rating: 5/5 I am absolutely thrilled with my purchase of the TP-Link Archer AX53 Dual Band Router! Installing this device was a breeze, and the intuitive interface made setup a seamless process. The real test, however, was its performance in my old home with extremely thick walls. I was skeptical about the router's ability to penetrate these barriers, but I'm delighted to report that it has exceeded my expectations! The Archer AX53 delivers exceptional coverage, providing strong and stable connections throughout my home. The dual-band technology ensures that I get the best possible speeds, even in areas with high levels of interference. I've noticed a significant improvement in my online experience, with smoother streaming, faster downloads, and reliable connectivity. Dual channel WiFi good range on the 2.4ghz 5ghz has terrible range and will work only in large open spaces or a single room as in my house there are lot of walls and doors it doesn’t work properly outside of a single room Open rooms 5ghz works perfectly Very good quality Very compact and hides in the corner Tp links setup is the most easy and very user friendly Even setting up your own route or path forwarding is very user friendly u can also setup parental controls which I have not personally used but seems to be user friendly as well

The product is good but the seller ClickTech isn't. The seller will send you old version v1 instead of the new version v2. I asked the seller multiple times about the version but they didn't reply. Asked TP link and they said they are selling v2.8(v2 international) and I will get v2.8 through Amazon. Raised a complaint on Amazon too but as usual Amazon didn't bother to look into it. Anyways the product v1 has got ethernet backhaul in an update and as amazon most probably won't bother to send me the correct version (v2.8), I might have to live with the old version (v1). Well anyways atleast it got ethernet backhaul update so I might use it if Amazon doesn't send me the replacement. But as far product is concerned, the range is good but the connection drops sometimes but it gets reconnected in 2-3 sec.. might be a bug... otherwise no issues with the product. No overheating or anything. (Tested on my old TP AX53 v1) . This one I haven't used as I am waiting for replacement from Amazon because they sent me 3 year old version of AX53.

The router was easy to set up and the connection has been very stable. Wi-Fi speeds are good and coverage around the house is noticeably better compared to my older router. The interface is simple to manage through the app and overall performance has been reliable so far. A solid option if you want a fast and dependable Wi-Fi 6 router.

Strong transmission - reaches all corners of an average sized apartment without range extenders. Stable connection - no dropout or lost connections since installed like the earlier older gen dual-band router of the same make. Easy setup and control - app based setup and control offers hassle-free experience out of the box as well as monitor and control important functions right from the smartphone. Looks - looks modern and more in keeping with general household appliances that are mostly black.

One of the worst TP Link product (TP link Archer AX53) which I came across recently in terms of product quality and build, functionality wise it was perfect and I liked it. But within two days of operation the device went completely faulty and dead, without powering up. All the the other devices connected to that power supply unit doesn't have any problem and only this TP link router went faulty. The power adapter of router was working perfectly and the problem resides in this router unit. After configuring all the wifi devices with this new router, now I have to switch back to other router because of this issue and thats a hectic part for me. When called Amazon for the refund of this item, it was said not possible and to contact TP Link for support, even though 10 days replacement was specifically mentioned in the Amazon prime account. Later on Amazon customer support team said, they can replace the faulty product with a new replacement item, but there is no guarantee that the same issue may repeat or not. If it repeats, then they can consider for refund during the second time, never expected this from Amazon.
