My dog ten pound silky terrier had this for a couple weeks and he pulled on it one day. It ripped where the straps for the clip attach. This has happened with three of these now.

Perfect harness! Well made, good fit, inexpensive price. Picked one up a few years ago (and it still looks brand new and works great) and came back for one more for my new puppy.

The size is smaller than expected

Great Harness, but Size Up
This stylish little harness works great on our 21 lb. American Eskimo, but, as others have noted, size UP. According to the measurements provided on the product description, our canine should have required a Medium. But in reading other reviews, I saw the suggestion repeatedly to size up, and I did. With a Large size (in no other category, ever, has our dog been considered "large"), our fluffy little guy fits very snugly into the harness. If he grows at all, we'll need an XL, which is just silly.High quality buckle, large, easy to use velcro fastener, and brilliant blue coloring make this harness stylish and functional, but heed the warnings and SIZE UP.

Easy and Comfortable
This is the same harness we had, but in a smaller version. It is very comfortable and lightweight. It is very easy to fasten and unfasten. We love it!
