For the price, this is just about the best protein you're going to find. As most things in life, there are some pros and cons.I will elaborate on the pros: #1 Protein yield, a mere 31 gram serving size yields 25 grams of protein, that’s roughly an 81% protein yield for plant based protein (very good)! #2 Promix contains a fantastic amino acid profile. No need to buy additional BCAA's or EAA's, it's likely more than covered in the protein mix. #3 the protein mixes well. I use water, and I have not had any clumping. #4 taste, I rather enjoy the taste of the protein. It's not sweet, but the chocolate powder comes through without an after taste. #5 the minimal amount of ingredients. There are no fillers or fluff, and that's partially why the protein yield is so high.Cons: #1 this is more of a personal complaint than a con, I wish they would list the percentage of the type of protein they use. The label list Organic Pea Protein and Organic Sprouted Brown Rice. I'd simply like to know the actual percentages. I'm assuming there is more Pea protein, but who knows. #2 not for me but for some, the taste may not be sweet enough.Overall, this compares well with some of the highest animal based proteins on the market, and the price is reasonable. I would love to see them add a “greens” profile to really complete this already outstanding protein.

Without a doubt the best plant protein powder ever made. Taste is perfectly balanced, ideal macros, and most importantly no seed oils or any other garbage ingredients

Protein powders are a dime a dozen it seems. Some taste great and some are just awful. This one is pretty good. I’m partial to whey protein sources, but wanted to venture out and have a vegan source of protein.The first bag I received tasted delicious. On par with some of the better whey protein mixes I’ve had. And it mixed really well.Concurrent bags though, I’ve noticed a slight difference in both taste and mixability. The taste has a subtle aftertaste I didn’t notice with the first bag, though not bad. And now the powder kind of settles after mixing. I have to re-shake every 10-15 seconds to re-suspend the mix. Not the end of the world but a little annoying.I like that the ingredients are pretty straightforward, no filler. And the number of servings is very fair for the price and quality. The mix comes in a bag instead of a tub that I prefer, but it’s barely an inconvenience.

Let me start by saying that I was new to protein supplements, and I was trying to purchase something that both me and my wife could consume.I found that vegan protein powders are not for me, and it probably would not have mattered from whom I bought it, so this is not a knock on Promix.In fact, ProMix customer service was extremely helpful upon hearing that I did not like this and helped make it right. I ended up getting unflavored whey protein, and since finishing the replacement bag, I have since reordered from ProMix.So, this particular product, in my opinion, not very good. But ProMix's other products are great and I'm a new happy customer.

Great clean protein! mixes well and taste great!

The taste is not bad but it doesn't mix well. I have a ninja bullet blender and I always have to use a spoon to scrape off the chunks of powder stuck to the sides of the jar and blend again. The protein powder is extremely fine. When I opened the bag, a puff of protein powder came out like a cloud. It was impossible to scoop the powder and pour it in the jar without it spilling on the counter. Even closing bag had to be done very slowly or a cloud of powder of come out. The bag itself is very poorly designed. It's not a zip lock type of seal. It is a weird weak velcro like seal but that's the problem. The seal is not sealed very well and at all. If you dropped the bag on the floor the seal would def open and you would have protein powder all over the floor.

I was looking for a vegan protein powder without whey, gums, and artificial sweeteners. This vegan protein is very chalky and not flavorful, but it is everything I want nutrition wise. I personally cannot drink it with just blending in water or almond milk. I would recommend a smoothie with 2 scoops of powder, 1.5 cups of cold black coffee, .5 cup plain almond milk, 1 frozen banana OR a smoothie bowl with 2 scoops of powder blended with 0.75 cup of cold black coffee to liquefy then mix with .75 cups of vanilla greek yogurt and top with frozen banana, peanut butter and other berries. After some experimentation, this protein powder and is delicious even my family likes it! My protein and muscle mass for a vegetarian is very high due to this product and I'm now a subscriber for life!

You lying, lying mofos.At the urging of my personal trainer I came to Amazon and read reviews of various pea and rice based protein supplements. I wanted to change from a whey or casein based supplement to something less inflammatory. After reading reviews of a few different supplements, I decided on Promix P, Raw Chocolate. I was happy to review the notes about the taste, the smooth texture, and quality of the product.Raw chocolate? Look, I anticipated that this stuff wouldn't be laden with artificial sweeteners or sugars but this stuff tastes like the dust collected from the floor of a corrugated cardboard factory. The texture is grainy and thin similar, I'd imagine, to a glass of water with a healthy serving of river silt stirred in.Two stars only because it didn't taste like grass clippings like the hemp protein powder I've tried in the past.
