Yep, they're stamps. They do exactly what I wanted them to do. I'm not saying they keep me organized, because that's a lot to ask, but it does give me a little jolt of pleasure to be able to stamp my receipts as "entered" as they go into my accounting system.

These unfortunately dry out very quickly even though they all come with individual caps

These are great. Just outdated as perhaps tge word "faxed" should be "emailed".

This item arrived very well packaged and brand new. Each stamp is individually wrapped, preserving the freshness of the ink stamp until you're ready to use it. It's a nice little set perfectly fit for any of your office and record keeping needs. I now only wish it came with 11 stamps instead of 8, as it's missing a "Rec'd", “Pending” stamp and a "Balance Due" stamp. Great item!!! I'm really enjoying the poductivity I've already accomplished.
