Unfortunately I only took one bottle of these so I cannot attest to their effectiveness. I will say that the taste isn't too too bad, I just chewed them up really quickly. I do like that they are gummies as I have difficulty dealing pills. I noticed a slight increase in my overall energy levels, so that's a plus. The texture is about like any other gummy supplement I have purchased, a bit harder and more dense than gummy candy.

I don’t know if this works because I only made it through about a week. It caused me to have severe diarrhea and gas. The dandelion and milk thistle are not recommended if you have IBS but I didn’t know that before purchase.

I liked the gummies and my stomach feel better, hopefully my liver will be better too. I have become more tegular since I’ve been taking them.

I’ve been taking these for a few weeks and so far I like them. They kind of stick together in the container but still separate. Taste is nice as well.
