Do i need wash any type of coffee from this brand or is it ready to use from the bag ? also, can i roast this one more ?

Coffee doesn’t need to be washed or roasted. It’s great just like it is.

I dont see where says which bean was used to make this coffee !! Arabica or Robusta?

In Colombia the only grown coffee is Arabica.

Is there a roast date on the bag? The day of roast is a very big factor about quality ...

It doesn't appear as Roast Date but there's a LOT number in the back which is the roast date next to the expiration date. For example it appears -->LOTE:E1211217F1. The roast date is 211217. The date format is (DD/MM/YY).
