I was pretty unsure of this but after a couple of days
I was pretty unsure of this but after a couple of days, I could definitely feel sore abdominal muscles. I like being able to work out those muscles and continue to do housework or just use it when I'm watching TV. I'm super excited to see my results after a few weeks.

After I gave birth to my baby, my belly skin is flaccid.(｡•́︿•̀｡) I usually have a baby at home and did not have time to go to the gym to work out so I decided to buy the kit and I hope the muscles in the abdomen and arms will become firm. After a period of time, I felt my abdominal muscles become tighter, hoping to have a more pronounced effect after a long time.

In due time the pads will become useless and none sticky I hate how annoying it is because when you use you have to apply gel but the gel makes the pads slippery and will slide around if you try to use when it can get pretty annoying and last when I get done with it the pads leave the pad marks on your body i feel like it gives a lot of pain but I know easier exercises that are a lot less painful that are way more effective.

Got this for couple days. Almost use it for every day or every other day. Whenever I used it I can always feel the feelings of muscle aches. It just like I do some exercise. It feels good.

Love it helps keep my abs tight and firm. Works great with a well balanced diet. You will not get a six pack by just using this, you need to workout and eat right.
