I went to the hardware and got a replacement seal, but it never did fit right. It was just a tad too large. These fit PERFECTLY! It just lays right in the groove and makes reinstalling so much easier. With the number that you get, I think this is a great value.

Haven’t had to use yet but good to have on hand. Packaged well and flat not all twisted up. Don’t forget to get food grade silicone grease , O rings will last longer when you lube them each time you take your filter apart

I bought other products "compatible" with my GE whole house sediment filter, which takes out a lot of grit and rust from our well water. They worked ok, but they were always just fractions of an inch in diameter larger than the screw-on container. I had to play with them because they wanted to pop out of the groove at the top where they sit. I used a lot of silicon grease to get them to sit there, slightly out of the groove while I tightened up the container, and prayed that it would fit and not leak--never had complete peace of mind about the fit. These rings are the answer--a great fit and easier to reassemble when I change filters, and less of a challenge to worry about. I will stick with this product in the future.

I have a GE Whole house filter GXWH35. This is the only one that fits perfectly. The seal ring should not pop out of the groove. All others that I tried would be slightly oversized. This is the correct fit.

This is the perfect fit for my GE whole house filter. They say to change this o-ring each time you change filter. I used mine twice before changing it out, but I will now at this price. Thank you.

This was a great price for the O rings on our Whole House water filter. Unfortunately we haven't installed yet as I needed one right away. But since we replace filters once a month (water well) I'll be using one this next month and will be able to update as to the ease of installation.Thanks

Fir my filter well, nice tight fit, no leaks. Good price point as these can be expensive for GE filters
