These have been great. Don't need to wait 30 minutes before a workout. They hit HARD and are definitely effective at giving that push you want / need. The flavors are great, I especially enjoyed the lemonade flavor.

Offers a great pre-workout pump without the tingling sensation offered by other pre-workout drinks I have tried. I only drink about a 1/3 - 1/2 of the bottle for my workout. Be sure to assess your tolerance the first time you use the product.

This preworkout is amazing in taste. I’ve tried close to every single preworkout whether powder or RatD (ready to drink) from and I can tell you that this actually taste good.My wife won’t drink preworkouts because of their dry and strong aftertaste. With this one though, she can easily drink more than she was ever used to before starting a workout. I highly recommend!!

Its hard to say with this product. First the flavors are really good! Not one bad flavor. But... you can feel it kick in. You get the tingleness and then thats about it. You're waiting for the surge of energy to rush through your body but never comes... my tolerance might be a little high too so I've yet to drink a whole bottle so maybe thats the reason. Good packaging. Cool bottles... seems like quality product.
