Vitamin E is one of those supplements that can be easily overlooked and yet it has a vital effect on the system. Few people realise that this form of E, which is in its most natural form in this product, can have a dramatic effect on blocked arteries, veins and blood flow in the legs. Nothing can unblock a calcified artery apart from surgery, but Vitamin E can help smooth the material wall. More and more evidence is showing that vitamin E can support blood flow in the arteries and a reduction in increases of malondialdehyde (MDA - a reactive carbonyl compound and a well-established marker of oxidative stress). So E can actually help blood flow, heart health, veins and of course can help against strokes. I take two tablets a day after having a blood flow issue and it has helped tremendously. The only thing I do not like about this product is the fact that it's green in colour. Every E tablet I have ever taken is yellow. To get a full effect from E you need it in high doses. I take 2 a day, but if you have serious issues with the arterial wall or calcified arteries you may need as many as 4 tablets spread out throughout the day. I am happy to recommend this high-strength product.

I have several issues with this product: ❌️The sales listing does not include the full list of ingredients. ❌️The sales listing video shows small golden coloured softgels whereas the capsules are very large and bright green. ❌️The packaging notes that the product contains a permissible natural food colouring but did not state what it is (pretty sure that's not legal in the UK and EU). ❌️The ingredients listing does not follow the UK and EU labelling law for allergens - the product contains soya lecithin but soya is not highlighted in bold or capitalised text and no allergens are noted below the ingredients list. Legally it should read 'Allergens: SOYA' or 'Contains: SOYA'. ❌️Not suitable for vegetarians/vegans as the capsule is made from gelatin. There is no mention whether this is porcine or bovine. ❌️Contains sorbitol. No idea why a capsule of oil that you swallow needs to be sweetened. That's rather unusual. Sorbitol is a gut disruptor. There is also no warning that excessive consumption can cause laxative effects as there should be with anything containing sorbitol. ❌️Contains E320 aka butylated hydroxyanisole as a preservative. There are several medical studies documenting safety concerns over endocrine disruption by this preservative. Personally, I'm not happy to put anything containing E320 in my body. ❌️This product does not offer value for money there are much better offerings on the market for less money with a better standard of ingredients.
