Forzagen's L- Carnitine 2000 is a great supplement that delivers on its promise. It gives me some added energy during my workouts without the onslaught of caffeine and other uppers that many pre-workouts contain. The effect is more subtle but it is long-lasting and is pleasant to costume either in simple shots or mixed with water or some other juice.
