Ultrasonic Contact Lens Cleaner 2.0 (2nd Generation), Intelligent Cleaning Machine for Soft and Rigid (RGP) Contact Lenses, Blue

Have had this a month now and was waiting until the initial charge ran out before reviewing but it doesn’t seem like that will ever happen! Have used this twice a day since purchase as well as some days when I give all my lenses a good “deep clean”. I have several pairs of hybrid lenses for keratoconus which are supposed to last me 3 months at a time and this thing gets them good as new, just as comfortable as when they come out of the little bottles. I also occasionally wear dailies just to give my eyes a breather and have cleaned them using this machine and reworn them - I know you shouldn’t but I’ve never had a problem doing it.I’ve had other similar cleaning machines before with mixed results - mainly down to the amount of charging required., but this one is still going strong on its “out of the box” charge.It does use a lot of solution but I don’t tip the whole lot away every day - maybe half then top up with fresh solution.It’s good quality, fairly quiet and a very easy to use. Nice and compact and great value for money. Really happy with this purchase!

It uses a lot of solution compared with other models and standard lens cases. When using Ote Fine, for example, this becomes very expensive to use.

This product does not work and I believe it is a scam, The one good thing that came from this was I actually learnt how to clean contact lenses by rubbing them in the palm of my hand. This machine does not wash or clean them at all from the experience of using it. And the worst thing about it is the company dose not offer a refund. This is for obvious reasons because they know so many people will want to return it. Very disappointing do not give them your money as they don’t respect customer rights.

At 1st glance this seemed good, looked well built and worked pretty well, sadly it wasn’t to last and it made an odd noise and stopped working within 3 weeks.After looking on a certain Chinese Ali website I found you can buy ones identical to this for less than £7 including delivery which explains why it only lasted a few weeks.

The product itself is both sturdy and well made, functions as expected. Sadly, it is let down by the vast amounts of lens cleaning solution you are required to put in it to ensure that the lenses are cleaned affectively.

Been using this for almost a year and it really works. Lenses are cleaned each night with it, left to soak until the morning, quick rinse and worn. My only concern is the listing recommends replacing at 3 months?? Incredibly expensive and environmentally unfriendly if that was to be followed. Unfortunately a poor design means there is no way to easily sterilise the basket / enclosure as it cannot be detached from the electronics for high temperature cleaning. If this were fixed, it’d be a full-marks review.

I discovered these ultra-sonic contact lens cleaning machines about a year ago, and I'm a fan. Rather than needing separate cleaning and soaking solutions, I simply use Bio-True contact lens solution to handle both jobs. Cleaning only takes a couple of minutes (as opposed to 6 hours for a platinum based cleaner). The USB is convenient for charging and one charge lasts me about 3 to 4 weeks. It takes about an hour to charge. I will keep using this device until something better comes around. 5 STARS

So this is the 2nd ultra sonic lens cleaner I’ve tried. The first brand was cheaply made and didn’t work right. This one is extramly well built and seems to work well. The vibrations are actually strong where I could see that this would actually work! When I was done using it I could see visibly that the contacts lenses were crystal clear, no build up or smudges or anything! I don’t recommend using for storage for longevity purposes. Once I’m done cleaning I transfer my contacts in a normal storage container overnight to soak, sanitize, and rehydrate. This device makes cleaning more sanitary so your not using your hands, and just makes contacts wearers lives a lot better!!UPDATE: Today is the first day officially wearing my contacts all day after trying this product. I can say without any doubts that this product works and it’s not my imagination. My contacts which typically I can feel in my eyes all day long I haven’t felt. I’ve actually had to check my eyes to make sure my contacts didn’t fall out because I can’t feel them in my eyes anymore and that’s due to how clean they are which is all because of this product! I highly recommend it’s worth the money!!

It just does not clean even after 2 - 3 operations.., Worst is we cannot return it

Très belle finition et solide, ce petit appareil vibre pour décrocher les impuretés qui persistent sur les lentilles. Le bruit n'est pas plus fort que le bourdonnement d'une abeille. Les paniers sont marqués de la lettre L pour la lentille de gauche et R pour la lentille de droite. Ces paniers sont compatibles avec tous les types de lentilles. Lorsque mes lentilles semi-rigides et multifocales sont imprégnées de lipides et de protéines produites par l'œil, je les passe dans le nettoyeur à vibrations pour peaufiner le nettoyage. Si l'on prend soin de ses lentilles, se laver les mains, ensuite, se les désinfecter, on peut les garder assez longtemps. Dans mon cas la durée de mes lentilles est de 3 ans avant de les remplacer. Si à cela on ajoute une fois par semaine une enzyme qui va nettoyer en profondeur les lentilles, on obtient une vue parfaite et confortable sans irritation. Perso, j'utilise l'appareil 2x par semaine.

Toll, funktioniert super! Endlich muss ich die harten Linsen nicht mehr anfassen bzw. reiben, um zu reinigen! Alle 2 Tage 3 Min. reichen (also 1 Durchlauf), am WoE nochmal eine Reinigung mit Tablette, fertig! Der Akku hält und hält und hält. Seit dem Kauf einmal geladen...und ca. 15 x benutzt. Der Deckel schließt absolut dicht, also auch für unterwegs !
