I’ve purchased about 24 Toner Cartridges from this company and out of those 24. 3 have been bad.Each time this company has replaced the bad cartridges very quickly and with no hassle or difficulty.Great company to do business with.

The price point on these is the major draw. After buying just a black ink cartridge and trying it out, no issues in quality. The cartridge didn't seem to last quite as long as the OEM cartridges, but not excessively shorter. No issue with leaky cartridge or anything like that. This is the second set I've bought without issue. I only wish that they would sell individual Cyan, Magenta and Yellow cartridges.

This is a great, cost effective alternative to the insanely pricey HP ink cartridges. I haven’t had any issues so far and plan to repurchase in the future.

Yes, the cartridge leaked. And after it was over 90% full. So I contacted the company via email and of course they wanted me to dig through my Amazon orders and get the order number , date, etc. Now, for a $20 cartridge, that costs me more time than to try and dig this up. I fell that if a company produces a crap product for which I was willing to send it back to them, there should be no question as to it's replacement. It doesn't matter who, when, or where as long as it clearly was their cartridge that was defective. So here is my review. I certainly wont be buy their brand anymore and that is too bad for them since we buy color cartridges consistently every month for over 15 years and plan to continue. Their loss.

We purchased these for our office in lieu of the Brother brand and figured if it wasn't great, we weren't out too much money. This toner is fantastic! We can't tell a difference from the name brand and it's a fraction of the cost! I print an average of 50-100 pages/day, and this toner lasts approx 6-8 weeks! I would absolutely recommend this as a more cost effective alternative to the Brother brand.

The last set of replacement cartridges I purchased for my HP color laser worked well except for the black cartridge which always resulted in streaks or faded black lettering. So, bought this single black cartridge and it worked perfectly and now I can actually use the printer again. The price is certainly reasonable.
