This works great I had a previous experience with a different brand and this plugged right in without having to plug in to the factory 4 pin connector

I love this harness. Tried a cheaper version first and had issues. Got the OPT7 taillight bar to go with it and zero issues. Love it!

2025 GMC Sierra 1500 Elevation with halogen tail lights. I was hesitant to make the purchase for the adapter plug and play system and was not positive it would function as a reverse light either. Mainly because the OPT7 website stated that it would not fit my vehicle. That being said the connection was perfect for plug and play adapter. It was a super clean look for tucking the wiring away. The reverse wire worked without any issues. All in all I’m glad to report if you have my vehicle or possibly similar (I would also check under neath to confirm the wire connectors are there, yes the color of the wires is not identical per the install manual or videos but they do work without issue). I have no fault codes or trailer codes either and no hyper flash on turn signals or breaks. Highly recommend for any 4pin with reverse light, light bar you want to add to this truck.

Great product.
Used for the third brake light on a camper top. Works awesome and doesn’t cause all the problems you get when tapping into the trailer brake light harness on newer Silverados.
