okay, the issue with supplements is that you have to take some of them for a month before seeing any noticeable effect. this is no different. i took it every day and saw some slight improvement in my strength and stamina. its hard to say whether this has a large enough effect to warrant using it versus others. i will say that the capsules were easily swallowed and i didn't have any of the usual stomach issues from these. they are also cheaper than other a lot of the brands I've tried. in addition they don't contain massive doses of caffeine or other harsh ingredients.also i have to point out that everyone's body chemistry is different so the effects i saw may be different for other people. if you're looking to supplement your bodies own testosterone this ones affordably priced and worth trying before buying the more expensive ones.

My husband says this is easy to swallow and you get a 3-month supply because you only take one a day. He is feeling good. He says there is a subtle change -- there is something good in it. He is not sure how much to contribute to this supplement, but he continues to take it. No bad side effects. UPDATE: we just got our second bottle because this is really giving my husband energy.
