Bought as a small dressing table for my daughters small bedroom, it’s perfect, easy to build, nice size drawer to tuck away bits of makeup etc, have put a few shelves above and a mirror on top, just what we needed

The materials used are durable, and I have no concerns about it wobbling or collapsing under the weight of my son's computer and books. 3. Stylish Design: The clean, modern look of the desk fits well with various decor styles. It has a nice finish that adds a touch of elegance to the room. My son loves it, and it complements his room perfectly. 4. Easy Assembly: I found the assembly process to be straightforward. The instructions were clear, and all the necessary tools and parts were included. I was able to set it up in about 30 minutes without any issues. 5. Functional: The desk provides ample space for a laptop, books, and other study materials. It’s also great for creative projects, like drawing or crafting. My son enjoys using it for various activities, which makes it a versatile addition to his room. Cons: 1. Limited Storage: One downside is the lack of storage options. There are no drawers or shelves, so if your child has a lot of books or supplies, you might need to consider additional storage solutions to keep things organized. 2. Surface Area:While the desk size is perfect for smaller spaces, it might feel a bit cramped for older teenagers or those needing more workspace for larger setups. However, it’s ideal for younger kids or those with minimal equipment. 3. Finish Sensitivity: The surface can be prone to scratches if not handled carefully. I do have to remind my son to use coasters or mats for any drinks or art supplies to avoid damage. Final Thoughts: Overall, the SoBuy Computer Desk is a fantastic choice for a child’s or teenager's bedroom. Its compact design, sturdy build, and stylish appearance make it a great addition to any space. While it does have some limitations in terms of storage and surface area, it serves its purpose well as a functional workstation. My son loves it, and it has made his study area much more organized and inviting. I would definitely recommend this desk to others looking for a practical and stylish option for their kids' rooms!

After searching and searching I have finally found this lovely desk for my daughter’s room. We have very limited space in her bedroom (box room) and this was the only one that I found which fits and looks good too! Easy enough to put together but I admit the instructions could do with close up pictures on attaching runners for the drawer. Desk seems sturdy enough and we’re happy with it. Edited to add After about a year of using, the drawer front started to come apart, no matter how many times I have fixed it. I think at this stage we’re just going to glue it together as I can’t see any other way to keep it together. The rest of the desk is same as the day we got it which is pretty good!

Considering the price tag of under £50, I was not expecting this table to be anything beyond adequate, but I have been very pleasantly surprised. It's advertised as a kids desk but it's proving to be very useful as a compact office workstation which I've put in the corner of my bedroom to allow me to work at home during lockdown. It's more than big enough for a laptop/iPad and all the associated paraphernalia. For a flat-pack it's solidly made with clear assembly instructions. I've bought a foldable chair to go with it which tucks nicely down the side of the desk when not in use. I was advised that it would take a week to arrive but it was delivered within a couple of days. Overall, I have been very impressed.

Easy enough to put together until I got to the drawer. A nightmare, pictures not clear on how to fit sliders and had to disassemble and redo several times, still doesn’t fit properly, but had to leave it as patience running out. The actual desk not to bad, as long as I don’t use the drawer.

Good quality for the price. We wanted it as an occasional dressing table in the Guest Room and it does the job well.

This is a lovely piece of furniture and is very good quality for a flat pack. The finish is very good and every component was clearly labelled to make assembly easy. Delivery was excellent, it arrived sooner than expected. It was bought to be a little dressing table for my elderly mum and she loves it. She says the small drawer is really useful and opens like a dream, it is really smooth. We added a crystal handle to the drawer which sets it off well and adds a pretty finishing touch. I would highly recommend this product as a little dressing table or a work desk suitable for adults and children.

Took me an hour to build it, because the instructions were only images no written instructions, so it was a bit hard to follow tiny drawings. The screws were also dumped in together which was a bit of a hassle to find...which is which...And where they goes... Other than that I am satisfied with this purchase. They feel sturdy for now.
