Love this creatine me and my husband have been using it for months now. clean ingredients- no taste so I just add it to a smoothie works great.

They say it dissolves easily in water. I think the word they were looking for is partially dissolves. I don't know what kind of water that people are using that say it dissolves completely. It leaves a gritty amount at the bottom. I've left it for hours, still there. That said it seems like a good product, has no taste but best to put it in your shake. I put it in orange juice.

Simple bulk pack of creatine monohydrate. I open the package intermittently to replenish my “in use” supply in a resealable container for daily use. Came with a small spoon which I expect to be about 5gm level. I haven’t been able to check that, though. The supplement does seem to be working at the one level spoonful per day in my morning coffee. It dissolves ok, but I blend my coffee with the creatine, some creamer, stevia drops and a squirt if MCT oil in a Blendjet. It makes a nice frothy mixture.
