Works well
I used the one that came with my KIT and the whole were just too large. These are perfect for someone with smaller nostrils.

Small size is in ref to size of nostril not spacing
The product is great & quick delivery. However, I misunderstood when I read about the product. My issue is the spacong, I assumed smaller pillows would work but it only allowed water to come out of my nose due to smaller size.

I like them because my face it’s kind of small but it really doesn’t make a big difference!

Fits Medium Sized Adults too. Consider after rhinoplasty
Consider after rhinoplasty so as not to push your nostrils any wider than necessary. I am a tall, medium sized adult and my nose is not petite. This fits better than the nose pieces that came with the unit. Hard to photograph but you can see it has a smaller diameter opening and a flare out that is shorter and steeper.
