I work in a facility where there are no less than six different agencies sharing infrastructure, network racks, and data closets. Spread out across a facility taking two city blocks, lacking labelling or documentation and having a literal web of copper, fiber, and coax makes my job of tracking down anything quite the task. This saved hours of work for me, when we recently had to dual home seven new switches in this environment. The laser is powerful enough that you WILL see it on the other end, even in the worst conditions. The various connector types make sure that you're going to be able to use it on nearly any fiber you run across. Good product, I actually bought two.

These make finding your line from the customer's house or apartment to the PFP a breeze. I haven't had any runs longer than 1000-1500 ft, and for these, this tool has worked perfectly. The included pouch is a nice touch and keeps this light free of nicks and scratches.

This device quit working after only 10 months, I have tried multiple batteries and nothing. It says it is to late to return, so I say this product is not worth the money.

The problem i have with it is the switch. The off position is in the middle and the switch will turn on and kill the battery. I have to turn a battery backwards in between uses so the battery doesn't die.

The features are great!!! I tried the others and they would turn on in my tool bag and when I would be ready to use them the batteries would be dead, they thought about it and with this one I don’t have that issue anymore, it’s the perfect tool for the job

My husband bought this for work and was super happy this came with a replacement ceramic tip, since that was broken on his go-to tool. Now this is his new main go-to because he likes the new swivel feature around the switch and his old one which he was able to fix is his backup!

Received without Kit for SM9/125 Hybrid Adapter Built-in image & There is a problem with the ignition key.

Worked great for the first couple weeks, light is super bright, no problem at all seeing my light over large distances. Unfortunately the tip where the light comes out kept loosening, I would tighten it but kept coming lose to the point it stopped working all together. Only had product for just over 2months at that point.
