Bent out of shape
Artificial palm plants arrived bent into a U shape in order to fit inside the plastic bag it was shipped in. It took a great deal of time trying to reshape each stem in order to achieve an overall natural plant look. Unfortunately, I was not successful as multiple palms just could not be reshaped and remain bent.It was not worth my time to return the distorted palms back for a refund. I will simply have to live with them and hope others do not notice them as artificial bent palms.

The palm froms are a good color. Good quality. Pay attention to size, much larger than I thought it would be

Not as pictured
I was disappointed with this purchase. It wasn’t as full as the picture described. I wasn’t able to use how I intended. I returned it.
