I have ordered a multicolour Bougainville but it is growing in one colour only that is red..

About Bougainville
I am sure the photo i have sent is not Bougainville.I have received some other plant, about which i dont know nothing.it is mentioned there will be cuttings of Bougainville. But it is some other plant. Not at all good. I am surprised.
