I am returning the product but I think if you’re not too sensitive or small, you could get a lot of good use out of this product. I’m 100 pound and really tiny so it really was difficult for me to use especially with the nerve injury in my arm I can’t hold it in place as it wants to roam all over up and down my back.

Bought this last February 2022 and have used it on my back almost every day since for 20-30 minutes. It helps relax my shoulder muscles from an old injury that tore some muscle. I also use it on my neck and lower back.Only issue is after 11 months of use the cover has torn off where one of the massage units is and it isn’t as comfortable without the cover. The cover is a zip off but I can’t find anyway to buy just a replacement cover. And attempting to stitch it back together doesn’t seem feasible as that area will still be weak and tear again. So, since I use it so much I guess I’ll just buy a new one. Seems a shame to throw away a perfectly good unit though.zUPDATE: a spoke with seller about above issue and was told no covers are available and I should just buy a new one at $30. I suppose their argument is that a replacement cover would be cost about $30. Just seems like typical answer - “just throw away a perfectly good product instead of repairing it.” Sad state of affairs. I paid $70 for the first one and now I have to pay “only” $30 for a replacement but that’s $100 for something that should last more than -2 years.

My experience using the neck massager with heat for only one week and I am still undergoing testing observation with using it, what I can share is as listed below:1. Product fabric material and design, my rating (10)2. Structure of massager plastic ball heads size and motor speed options, my rating (10)3. Heat output only gets (warm) after 5-10 minutes but not penetrating heat to help loosen those shoulder muscles. It advertised a stipulation of 133 degrees maybe that's considered warm and enough to relax the body muscles but not for my tight shoulder muscle, I wish it would have had "higher heat options" to really penetrate those tight shoulder muscles I've would have gladly been willing to pay more for (higher heat options!) I needed up using a heating pad first that reaches that desired temperature to loosen my tight shoulder muscles then I kept the neck massager to help bring down those tight shoulder muscles of mine from having an office job. So, my rating on heat output (2)

This is a well thought-out massager with useful features and is good quality. However, for me, a small person, it is too heavy on my neck and the rollers hurt my neck bones. The rollers and heat both work well but I need a massager which is lighter in weight and with softer rollers. Because of the product weight, I found this unit to be rather cumbersome to keep in place, though It might be perfect for the right person. If this company made a lighter weight, lighter roller pressure model, I would buy from this company.

I have had hundreds of professional massages in the past, and this neck massager is quite honestly better than most of them. It provides relief to areas that therapists often miss or apply too light of pressure. I like to lean against my neck massager to apply more pressure to tense areas of my neck and back, and so far, this neck massager has not once faltered or torn. Also, I can tell the materials used on this product are far superior to the materials used on a different neck massager that I purchased in the past, which fell apart after a couple of weeks. This neck massager is one of favorite belongings, ever!

My daughter experiences neck spasms. After much research I purchased this item for her to see if it would help. She is pleased with how well it works. It’s helping to loosen muscles. I decided to try it and I’m happy to have gotten it. Other reviews had stated that it feels like actual fingers working and it certainly does! I love that it has three modes-relaxing, massage and deep kneading. Relaxing mode is a gentle massage. The other two modes increase in intensity. Others complained that there wasn’t much heat but I didn’t find that to be the case. After about 5 minutes it has a nice warmth. Not hot but definitely warm. It’s easy to use and not heavy. It is of good quality and I’m very with this purchase. I definitely recommend!

The media could not be loaded.  I needed a massager for my neck. I have neck problems and sometimes I get very bad pain in my neck to the point I can’t move my neck it gets very stiff and starts hurting. I found this and thought I should give it a try. By far one of the best massagers I brought. It works very well. I put it on my neck and use it through the day. I as well use it all over my body. Never been more satisfied with a massager. It as well has heat which is a plus. It’s very easy to use. I’ve been using for more than a week now and satisfied with the results and still working like a charm.

Finally found a massager that actually works, and helps me with my back pain and shoulders. It has heat that you can really feel, and you can move it to where ever your body aches. The only con I will mention is, that it has to be plugged into an outlet while in use, and if anyone is sensitive to a deep massage, then it might be too strong for them. I will give this a four-star rating, it was worth the money!
