Poor quality and doesn't work.
The media could not be loaded. Product is so bad that as soon as I connected to water pipe, the faucet was unable to control water flow. The on/off or press/release switch was not working. Asked for refund immediately,will surely avoid the product from this company in future.

Quality is the key to long lasting relationship
The media could not be loaded. I have used this for the last couple of weeks, but we have used a similar version for my office for more than a year. I don't think there is a better product in the market. Highly recommend. PS I am an architect ! My job is to find faults in such items ! Very happy , will buy a few more very soon.

Very bad quality product. Please do not buy
While they have copied the design of a known brand, but not the quality. This faucet doesn't survive for even 24 hrs. Horrible quality, don't know why Amazon keeps such cheap and low quality products

Water spray quality
Bad quality. Crack developed within 15 days. Water leakage through cracked area.

Health faucet or Hygiene shower
Buit quality is just ok. It has no way to open the shower head for cleaning if anything starts clogging the shower holes.
