Good for day to day chopping

This product stopped working from its third use itself. There’s no physical damage yet the product is not doing its work properly. It’s a defective piece as it doesn’t do the chopping well also. Please give me another product and do the quality check of the seller

Purchased this chopper in June 2023 after much deliberation since I already owned one where you pulled the string. After buying this, I disposed of my earlier one.1. Size - the 650 ml capacity is ideal for 2-4 people family as it easily takes care of that much onion/tomato chopping. The earlier one I had was 500 ml which did feel a wee bit small. This one is perfect "for my" requirements. The day I need more chopping I just do a quick 2nd round. Most of the time that need doesn't arise actually2. The quality of the blade is great. The blades are really sharp & do a good job of chopping from medium to fine chopping. The finish of the blade is also good.3. The built quality of the container is good. It's polished and has a finish. It's a "quick wash" kind which is of great help. My earlier one wasn't. The grip provided at the bottom of the container holds it in place.4. The push-down fit into the bowl is superb. It doesn't get displaced when you press it down to chop veggies loaded in the container. My earlier one (string-one) had this problem. If not in use you can just make it small & store it (option with a slid-in button).Overall, I am very happy with the product and have been using it regularly since I bought it. The seller was RetailEZ Ltd & an Amazon-fulfilled service.

Every kitchen need to this

Not a good product at all. It cut vegetables in very a small size but at the same time vegetables release its juice while chopping. It also stopped working after its 5 uses and now i can't use it. Not recommended at all to anybody.
