Clean looking, easy to install, warms towels nicely without getting them too hot. Stainless should last a long time.

It was easy to install, and heats up very quickly. It also looks very nice. I also think the size is the minimum you should get, which is for bars on top and four on bottom. I connected it to a tan tan outlet so that I can Program it to turn on at four in the morning and off at 10 AM.Note: one of the plastic inserts snapped into during installation. They should add an extra one just in case. I had an extra one with me so it was not an issue.

I ended up removing the REALLY LONG AND UGLY white power cord from the unit and putting in a 12"black one that nicely matches the decor in our bathroom. If they just offered a white and black version, it would be fine.The thing really works. We've had towels dried on the thing for 2 weeks now, and it really dries them out. No more stinky towels. They still have to be swapped every week or 10 days, but that is reasonable. We have 2 girls (2 towels each) and 2 boys in our household.

Very good quality and good looking too, great for a cold climate, but with no thermostat it can get rather hot in a warm place.

Works really well, heats the towels nicely as it has one of the highest temp setting out there, in this price range. Easy to install and it looks beautiful. I find that it does keep the bathroom warmer and the towels from mildew and getting smelly.

Love it. It heats up quick. The thing I love is that I live in a hot, humid area where mold grows quickly. I leave the rack on for a while after my shower and it dries up the towel as well as warming it before hand.

We used this towel warmer as part of a total bathroom renovation and it really is quite a luxury! The unit looks and feels sturdy, and there is plenty of room between the bar and the wall. It takes a little longer to warm our extra thick towels than we expected, but we just turn it on a little sooner before using the shower and when we finish we can wrap ourselves in luxurious warmth. We also use it to make sure any damp item is dry before tossing it into the hamper. No disappointment with this item, but a great bonus is that it was delivered four days earlier than predicted. This is only my second purchase through Amazon, but I'm pretty sure it won't be the last.

Works well. Heats within 10 minutes & will warm the towels within 20. Do not like the location of the off/on switch. Would be much better if it was located on the lower side of the rail instead of the very bottom. Difficult to see to know if it's on or off. Also install instructions make it more difficult. Someone else said to do a complete assembly, hold it up on the wall with a level & trace around the 4 round mounting brackets. Remove the brackets & install them in the centre of the circles. Works perfect. Took about 20 minutes total. The supplied anchors are good but only work for drywall.

My towels are now warm and fuzzy when I get out of the shower... love it. The on/off switch is hidden behind the black cap, not easy to find...
