Great content for playing Horus heresy 2.0. Good amount of lore for each heresy traitor army. Pictures of models painted in each theme too.

So the book is great. It’s loaded with all the info you need to make whichever legion you choose to play. It’s beautiful, and it is big. 9 whole legions of special rules, rosters, and some art. Love the book itself, so that’s not the problem here.I definitely ordered the Liber Hereticus, but received the Liber Astartes. Ultimately that’s not a big deal as I wanted both anyway.The biggest issue is the packaging. I’ve ordered a lot of books from Amazon and not had dings this bad on any of them. This is far too expensive of a book to not sink a little more effort into protecting it in shipping. A roll of packing paper isn’t enough.3 stars because the book is great, but it’s the wrong one and it’s damaged.

Came to me a little dented. That’s it for shipping really. Other than the book it’s self….it is what it is there’s pros and there’s cons. I’m grateful that I didn’t write it. And grateful that it’s here and we can throw down some dice.
