Brake in period
This impact hammer was a big disappointment out of the box. It hit slowly and weak. I think from the factory the hammer mechanism was packed with to much grease slowing the hammer and motor. After about 3 trucks (I’m talking 3 axle dump or trash trucks with 72 total lug nuts) this thing really started to impress. The anvil started spinning fast and it was working like a real 1” air impact. I would definitely pick my electric IR over the shops air IR 1” impacts today. It’s heavy, hard to handle and it’s going to take some time to get it to want to work for you, but if the option is to do the job with out it you’ll grab this cordless 1” Ingersoll Rand impact every time.Update I also do a lot of cutting edges on snowplows. I’ve found it’s lot easier to use this tool in forward and break the 5/8 rusted bolts off then trying to get them to back off with a 1/2or3/4 impact. Its power is just that great.

Very strong and easy to use impact!
This electric 1” impact is absolutely amazing it blows the air tools out of the water. Every heavy equipment mechanic should have one of these.

It’s big
The media could not be loaded. This thing is amazing. POWER. A 1” to 1/2” adapter lasted about 2 ugga duggas. I haven’t broke a 1” to 3/4”” yet….yet!

MISSING CHARGER CABLE
We received the impact wrench but can't charge the batteries because the charger arrives with no power cable, How can we get one as soon as possible?

It's a real-life cheat code.
The cons: it's expensive, heavy, and kind of huge. The pros: everything else.I inherited an old Yanmar tractor and, instead of using Loctite or welding it together, my dad opted to let nature apply her patented Rust sealant to everything. The 1½" castle nut holding the field mower blades together was so solidly rusted that I could stand on the end of the 5' long iron gimme bar hanging off the end of the crescent wrench. It wouldn't turn.I yielded and popped for this impact wrench and a Sunex 1" impact set. I used a 1½" deep socket on the end of this bad boy and had the castle nut off in just a few seconds.Worth it. Worth every penny. You know when you're struggling with an impossible part of your favorite video game and you finally get past it almost too easily with a cheat code? That's what using this thing feels like.

Back up only
Product is OK for emergencies, but not as strong as the air impacts. It is just as heavy if not heavier. I won't be using it except for when I have to. It is convenient if your Compressor fails.
