Bought these as an ER veterinary technician.The curved portion is thin and comes to a very fine point which is perfect for removing tight sutures or those around sensitive areas. 10/10 would recommend

I haven't had a chance to use these yet. I bought them in anticipation of removing sutures from my husband's arm after an injury. They seem sharp enough to do the job but we have a few days before the sutures need to come out before I know for certain. I decided I'd save the cost of the $40.00 co-pay and remove the sutures myself. I am a health care professional and know what I'm doing and am not recommending that everyone does this. If you don't know how to do this and don't know how to remove the sutures without pulling the knot back through the skin, then don't attempt this.

Taking stiches out is pretty easy, these make it easier.

This worked well for me and that’s saying something. I really didn’t want to remove my stitches but I only had a few due to a skin biopsy. It was easy to use and the stitches came right out.

Worked good to remove cats sutures. Small enough to get under and sharp enough to cut. Did not snag or pull. Good little pair to have.
