A must for anyone in the green industry. ISA is the gold standard.

I bought this as a gift so someone can study to become a Certified Arborist. This is a great reading material.It is not difficult to read or understand, there are great photos, and it is light weight to carry as well as study on the go.It's always great to receive speedy and great customer service. Luckily I was able to receive the book in two days with no hassles and it was in perfect condition.Didn't have a weird smell or anything haha.I think this book is great with it's many listing of chapters and sub chapters. It starts off with your basic Biology topics of trees and expands into tree care, identification, classification, pruning styles, etc ( Not in that specific order ).You will definitely learn a lot from this book but challenge yourself to read it and identify trees!

The book arrived before time and in excellent condition

I can't even begin to express how helpful this book is for anyone studying for the ISA Arborist Certification exam, or someone just hoping to learn about tree care. I looked at another book that was pathetic, but this one is a complete, comprehensive guide! Five stars -- this book is a keeper!

Good book

When I took and passed the certified arborist exam this year I relied almost exclusively on this CD set and the book. Only negative is that the chapters are really long so if you are driving and lose focus for a minute and want to go back, you will have to go back a long ways to the beginning of the chapter.

I love the information contained within the book. Testing in my area is in October and it is March right now. I'm confident that with this book and a couple other books I plan on getting that I will be a certified Arborist in October 2018.

As expected, lost my old book and need to take exam again to refresh.

I had purchased this book previously. It is a great read to learn the material before challenging the exam.
