Good value for the money- Not Perfect but pretty darn good!
Why did you pick this product vs others?:Good value for the money.Functionality:These are pretty well made, I did not experience the same issues as others that have reported with excessive play in the tightening mechanism.Accuracy:I took 1 star off simply because the inside calipers have a slight ripple defect, perhaps when these were ground to shape/heated and are not entirely even. Not a big deal for me, a simple adjustment in the vice is all it took to even the caliper out. The other 2 calipers were good with no issues.

Well made. Precision is fine for hobby projects. As plain carbon steel, protect from rusting. Great value for three functional calipers.

They're all......fine.
Like plain oatmeal, beige, or plain boiled chicken, these tools are all.....fine. Not crap, not great. They function. Can you get a set of calipers that are 3 times as good for two times the price? Undoubtedly. I'd do that, but if you don't want to spend more than $19.00, then these are the tools for you.My Outside Caliper has a wicked twist to it, and required several minutes of "persuasion" to get the tips to touch (ha!), but the other two were straight enough that I haven't needed to resort to hitting them to get them to be useable at what they were purchased to do. I'm sure I'll never get the cosmoline out of the shirt I was wearing, but at least they didn't rust in the package, which is nice.
