I really like this kit. It would be nice if the bag were a bit roomier for added items but overall this kit is very good. Lighting-X is very responsive and fixes any problem ASAP.

I've had mine for a few years now, I really like it. The quality of the gear seems correct and I've been through a number of EMT and first responder courses with it and the instructors all seemed to be satisfied with it. Its better then what I had in the Marines but that's not saying much.

I being in the military and also in Pre-hospital care have a high regard for quality medical trauma equipment.When I saw the price point of this and the fact it came with a whole bunch of North American Rescue (which is one of the best for trauma supplies) I jumped on the chance. The reason for only the two stars though is for two reasons. The first it came with no lube for the NPA which isn't the biggest of things but it sure helps when trying to put one in. The second being it only came with one hemostat and with there being a suture (which is awesome, I didn't even realise it did) there should really be two or a needle driver would be the best option to keep positive control on the suture. I sure don't want to lose a needle or stab a finger trying to sew myself up. The case is also awesome with it holding a whole darn bunch of even some extra stuff I threw in there. I love that it opens very quickly when needing something out of it. The trauma shears seem to be quality made, I just haven't had a chance to try them out yet.All in all if you are on the fence about this, just make the decision and go for it!! Would recommend great company!

Shopping around for ifaks and I came across this and it's really your dollars worth. Just price some of this stuff individually. To be honest I'm swapping the pouch for something more high speed but the MOLLE pouch I'm still gonna use on my kit for other supplies. At the end of the day if your looking for your first introduction to ifaks on a budget just get this one. Would give it more stars if I could.

Perfect IFAK to keep in your car, on your kit or in your backpacking ruck. not for minor boo boos, this is for some more serious trauma, blocked airways, deflated lungs, sucking chest wounds etc. this kit gives you everything you need besides the knowledge to fix any bad accident that occurs. great value, great fast ease of access pouch, fair price!

Excellent value for the money. The ballistic nylon carrycase is of high quality and seems very durable. Contents all of excellent quality and well thought out.

The contents of the kit do not fit inside the bag that is provided. This is very sad, I should have just bought a refill kit for half the money. I feel that this is a rip off at over a hundred dollars, seeing that the contents do not come close to all fitting inside the bag provided. Even if the contents fit inside the bag, the zippers lack quality and catch every time the bag is opened. This would be crucial to work properly out in the field without snagging.
