Sincreative Espresso Machine CM5700CH-UL

I have been using this machine every day for the last five months. I absolutely love it. It is easy to clean and heats up remarkably fast. We are living off the grid on solar power and this machine is efficient enough to work fine with our system. Recently the grinder flashed a red light and I turned the machine off as instructed in the manual. After cleaning the grinding mechanism with the provided brush and reinstalling it the grinder still didn't work. I was devastated having to live without the machine. The next day I noticed that I had not unplugged the espresso machine as intended, but another appliance. After unplugging the machine , waiting for a few minutes and plugging it in again everything is working again. So be aware that simply turning the machine off doesn't clear any fault or warning, you need to unplug.I am so glad that I can enjoy my espressos again.

I received this coffee maker and it was missing the bean container. I emailed customer support and they promptly mailed me a replacement. The service was great! I'm still getting used to the machine, but it is easy to setup and operate. It feels like good quality too. Not all plastic like some others. The coffee tastes great dispite still having some issues getting the pressure right. Would recommend!

This espresso machine is so easy to operate and does the same things that the more higher priced machines do. I would recommend this to anyone it is looking for exceptional coffee espresso and an easy machine no learning curve.

Machine is leaking water. I am getting larvae growing now and a fowl.smell

The media could not be loaded.  Good:- Makes pretty good espresso (haven’t spent a dime at Starbucks since getting)- cost compared to other unitsQuirk:- It takes over 30 seconds to get steam function ready- getting the grind coarseness and amount figured out can be frustrating- the plastic portafilter rest that pushes the button to start the grinder can come off fairly easy, at least until you get used to it.

Having one of these has saved so much money!!I would not trade my Espresso Machine for ANYTHING!!!This is definitely work every dollar!!!10/10 would DEFINITELY recommend and Buy again!!!

I used to be a barista at a coffee shop and I bought this because I miss making coffee. I'm having a little trouble getting the espresso to extract properly (the pressure isn't getting very high and it's pouring pretty fast, but it doesn't taste bad) I'm still dialing in the grind for my beans. The steam wand works pretty well, but it is a little weak. I've gotten a somewhat latte art out of it so far and I've only had it for a few days. I'm still getting used to it so if my opinion changes in a few months I'll update my review. I wouldn't recommend filling the grinder all the way with beans because the grinder goes for as long as you press the button. I weigh my beans beforehand and then put it in the grinder so I can control the amount better.All-in-all it's not bad. It'll take some getting used to if you worked on a really nice professional machine at a shop.EDIT: I've dialed the grind size in now and now it makes pretty good espresso. The pour is around 30 seconds start to finish and I've gotten used to the steam wand and can now make decent latte art reliably. I am very happy with this purchase and I would recommend it to anyone who is looking to get into making espresso drinks. Mind you it just takes a bit of practice and then you'll get it down pretty well.

This thing is my prized possession. It makes wonderful espresso and the grinder is amazing for a 2 in 1. They tend to be on the weaker side when it comes with a grinder so I was happily surprised that this one grinds so well. The pressure bar tells you if you have a good espresso coming and that’s all to it. I love it
