Scooter w/remote to open and close
I liked the scooter when it came. Other than it not having arm rests, which I really miss. I will probably get a scooter that has more to it like arm rests and a basket for the front. Otherwise it worked great, just needed more to it.

Great light weight foldable scooter
The instructions provided were useless. Thank goodness for YouTube. I found a few helpful videos there. It’s not a complicated process to unfold and operate, but the instructions provided did not properly explain where to locate switches or even explain how or where to connect. YouTube saved the day and hours of frustration. I would have given a higher score if not for that. Love the scooter!

not good
we ordered this for my husband to use getting through airports and on cruise ships from jan/ 23 to march/ 23. we do not use it outside or in our house.within 3 weeks parts started falling off. the rear "luggage type wheels" fell off. making pulling the scooter near impossible. you can fold it up to the size of a suitcase, but without the back wheels it cant be pulled like luggage.we contacted the company and their response was only the motor is warranted. any plastic parts are not.very disappointed in this product and would not recommend it.

Impossible to put together and the manual is ridiculously inadequate
Do you see the blue plug in that picture? THERE IS NO MENTION OF IT IN THE INSTRUCTION MANUAL.I am generally very good at putting things together, and this instruction manual is a total failure. There's also a panel included in the box which seemingly does not belong anywhere. In order to unfold the scooter, one needs to charge the battery and turn it on. I charged it for an hour, as the manual says do not charge it for longer than an hour, and not a single light would turn on.I'm not sure if there is a battery inside of it, or if I need to buy one on my own. There is literally nothing in the box that would be the female part for that plug.I've contacted the manufacturer at the provided number and there is no answer and I have not received a call back after 24 hours. The only instructional video about this on YouTube is out of date-it's for an earlier model. This is the biggest failure of a purchase I have ever made. I don't understand why a manufacturer would deliberately abuse a cake the instruction manual for a device marketed to the elderly. At minimum, the manufacturer needs to provide clear instructions.I've attached pictures of the manual so you can see how incredibly unclear it is. I don't even know what the battery looks like. I don't even know if it's inside the scooter, or included. The manual mentions that a flap on the side can be lifted up, but that must be for an older manual, because the flaps on the side do not lift.Absolutely save yourself and do not buy this. I have been trying to put this together for 2 days now. It's time to return it. It's really heavy, too. Returning it is going to be a total nightmare.Don't do this. If it were possible to give a negative amount of stars, I would.
