This one really gave me energy. I take it at bedtime I was told by Dr long ago the body absorbs more during sleep. And best of all for me is that energy level has kept up. Recommend this. A+

I like that this product is very minimal in the extra fillings that are typically used in multivitamins. It's the reason why the pill is slightly more difficult to swallow and has a slight taste... they don't put a thick, smooth coating on this, so it doesn't just glide down your throat (I usually dry swallow pills... not this one). But this means that you're not getting junk. I like the specialized formula for women - for bone and hormonal health, it helps to have those extra particular vitamins (iron especially!) 90 pills, 90 day supply... great value, if you ask me!
