BOU Bouillon Cubes, Beef Flavored, 2.53 Ounce (6 Count), Gluten Free, No Artificial Flavors

I really like these cubes. They crumble easily and are absorbed into cooking liquid, and they have a refreshing taste. I like a cup of broth early in the morning as a quick pick me up, and I really like this added to soup. It also makes a good gravy in an emergency. Initially I thought six jars was more than I would need or use, but they go quickly because there are always things you can add them to. As someone who is gluten intolerant, I am especially pleased that I found a really great product that won’t make me sick and cranky. I’m sure my family is even more appreciative of that aspect! This is a great line of products. They also make gravy cubes that, sadly, are not gluten free, but all the bouillion cubes can easily make a gravy. Next on my list, chicken and beef bouillion. I’m so glad I found these.

I have been using BOU chicken-flavored bouillion cubes for years. But they have become hard to find and are very expensive to order from BOU. The cubes contain lemongrass and are delightful.The only BOU products in the stores are "gravy cubes" that contain gluten. I searched three local grocery stores in one day only to find that the product was not available or that they stocked the gravy products. I had to buy 6 jars, but now I don't have to ration my use out of fear of not being able to find the product locally. I only recommend the chicken flavor. The beef flavor tastes terrible. I won't buy the vegetable because I am afraid that the vegetable might be as bad as the beef flavor.

This product works well for making rich soup stock, or even for a warm beverage. It has a much better flavor than typical dry bouillon cubes or store-bought chicken broth, and none of the questionable ingredients. These cubes are rather moist, can be sectioned, and dissolve well in hot water.

Couldn't find vegetarian stock cubes at Fresh Market, so I ordered these. They have a nice flavor, and seem to add something to soup.

This is phenomenal bouillon. It is so incredibly delicious and flavorful. It takes a while to incorporate but the flavors are so worth it and the ingredients are so good, I don’t mind.

These are really excellent, the flavor is rich and robust and they dissolve very nicely in hot water. They are great on their own but also work well as the flavoring for ramen noodles for an upgraded ramen meal. I bought 5 of these containers for camping in 2021; I expect them to last maybe 1/2 of the season - so good!

BOU brand are far superior to any other bouillon cube I've ever tried! Whether as a drink, on its own, or as part of a soup base. (And oddly enough, the little screw-top jars are the perfect size to re-use for a million different things! I've purchased the product so many times, that I have a stockpile of them! They make perfect jewelry cases for traveling, table-top storage for cat-treats, q-tip holders on a bathroom shelf, etc., etc.)

I like the convenience Of a cube in a cup of hot water for a nice hot brothy drink instead of tea or coffee. I put a few chunks of tofu in to enrich it and with a piece of bread it's a good winter snack. I also use a few cubes to make a vegetable pasta soup in a large pot for dinner with a salad and toasted bread. Nice tasty broth.
