I really like these pads. I am a plus size person, so I love the extra length. The length gives me a better sense of security on my heavy days.These don’t make me itch like other pads, even after several days of wear.I would have given it 4.5 stars, but I couldn’t do that. It does lose a half star in my book because they don’t stick as well as they should. I have had the pads lift and/ or shift several times. But they are still good enough that I didn’t want to make them lose a whole star.

You know the gas station or discount store toilet paper that’s basically fit for art projects and cleaning counters and nothing else? Definitely not THIS else?That’s the spirit animal of pads by other common brands and I had no idea. These Real pads are the ultra rich person toilet paper version of pads. IYKYK.I seriously cannot believe I’ve been wearing anything else when I could have been wearing these. They feel as soft as part of your underwear on the sides that wrap around, and truly feel comfortable. There’s no plastic-like anything about them. They’re soft like fabric in all aspects, and effective. Buy them and never look back. Throw the grocery store big brand ones out, or use them as napkins and for cleaning projects in a feminine rage and let people stare or laugh. I’m kidding, but really, they were unfit for use by any living being and none of us knew it. Real is where it’s at and they feel like a luxury.

I have been using this brand for a year now. Love them. No harsh smell or chemicals. I have a heavy flow and the ones i purchased are the super , extra heavy long overnight, which work perfect. They cover a much larger area. No issues at all with irritation and they stay in place.

Extremely long and absorbant. Organic cotton is a plus. I highly recommend Rael menstrual products.

Let me start by saying THANK YOU for actually being EXTRA long. For those of us big booty girlie's who have more real estate to cover having the length these have is absolutely amazing. They are a tiny bit thinner than I expected but still absorbent enough for all night. They are much softer than almost any brand I have tried and have not given me ANY irritation even when sweaty. The only complaints I have about these are the adhesive not being sticky enough. The pad tends to scrunch up shortly after putting it on if I wear it walking and moving around. The wings don't stay stuck to my underwear at all. Also the wing placement is a little awkward for me PERSONALLY. The price is pretty steep and unfortunately I will not be able to buy these consistently but again that's a me problem not a company problem. Other than that these are great
