I ordered three sets of these to give as gifts, and they turned out great! The first order was unfortunately mishandled terribly by FedEx, as the box was smashed and 5 of the 6 glasses arrived shattered in a million pieces.But I contacted the seller via Amazon, and after sending them a couple of pictures, they immediately made it right by re-shipping me a replacement order (with expedited shipping) at no extra charge. So all in all it was a great experience and great seller to work with.The replacements arrived a few days later, and they were all intact! The engravings turned out very nicely, and were well-appreciated by the people I bought them for. I would definitely recommend them.

Got these glasses as a gift for our bourbon loving son. We had them monogrammed to personalize them. Pleasantly surprised by how quickly they were monogrammed and shipped. Nice lines and feel.

I ordered 2 specially engraved glencairns. One of them arrived with the engraving not fully filled in. They promptly handled my request for a replacement, and I had a new one in less than a week. My husband is going to love them!
