have a double plug socket with short wires, but 3 wires in each phase, i would like to extend and reduce to 1 wire in each phase? so 9 in 3 out?

I dont think you mean phase, I think you are asking if you can connect 3 conductors of the same polarity (3 live/phase/line, 3 Neutral and 3 earth) so 9 conductors connecting to 3 conductors going to the socket (1 each of L,N and E). If that is what you are asking, as long as the conductors are withing the spec of the connector then yes you can assuming the load doesn't exceed the rated value of the connector. The connectors are not directional. If you are in any doubt consult a qualified electrician.

They are not directional, but each block of 3 the same colour are all connected, not sure why you would have 3 of the same phase going in reverse! Maybe if you you explained your application you would get a better answer!
