Very poor Quality
Very poor qualit and one item missed not solved my problem b customer care. Very poor dealing, cheating and i lose of my money but no use

Tight fit!
These domes are great for keeping sound closed in like iPods. Music streaming is clearer than with original domes that came with my hearing aids. I would recommend these for people who want a better listening experience.

These things are huger than I expected and, I LOVE THEM
I've been using large size vented domes in my Resound RIC hearing aids. Lately they've been slipping out. I was hoping that this design would stay seated better and the assorted sizes would help find the best fit. The first thing I noticed was how much larger these things are. The medium wouldn't fit in my ears. Even the small is a bit larger than the large-sized vented domes I've been using. However, they did fit and stay in far better. Also, the lack of any vent seals out ambient noise and leaves all the sound generation to my hearing aids. That results in much clear sounds. These may not be the best domes ever created in the history of creating domes. However, I like them lots better than the ones I've been using.

Got stuck in my ear
I bought these to put on the end of my hearing aids. I did have better performance than from the ones from HearUSA, in that sound was greatly amplified. However, despite my careful securing of the item to the end of the hearing aid, it came off deep inside my ear canal. My friend was afraid to remove it, so I carefully inserted a tweezer into my ear and was able to pull it out. This was probably unwise and I should have gone to urgent care. I think it came off because it is such a good fit that there is a suction effect. I also noticed that the ones from the hearing aid place have some tiny holes which might actually help to prevent this from happening. Anyway- I am never putting these in my ears again!
