Extremely shap
The knives are beautiful, almost works of art. They are extremely sharp and easily cut steaks, carrots, potatoes, etc. Great care must be taken when rinsing/washing them. They are on the same level as quality and sharpness/effectiveness as my set of Japanese Global kitchen knives.I would definitely recommend them and would buy them again.
