I really like this scooter. However the battery just died. Even showing full charge the battery drained to zero driving up my driveway. It is an incline and that may have caused the problem. However now the battery won’t charge.

This company worked hard to live up to the promises. The box was in bad shape of the scooter from NJ but the scooter was just fine, It was packed extremely well. The process of putting it together was very simple after everything was removed from the box it took less than 5 minutes to assemble everything. No tools were required. It separates into 4 easily handled pieces with the base unit (wheels, motors, deck, and tiller) the seat, the seat post, and the basket. The base unit is heaviest but has two good places to grab a hold of to lift. It weighs around 50 pounds. The battery is probably around 25 or so and has a top mounted handle and is easily carried. The seat weighs maybe 15 or 20 pounds and the basket is the lightest around 5 pounds. It took about 6 hours to bring the battery to full charge from the indicator light on the charger but I left it on all night as per the instructions. The instructions and owners manual are well written with only a few grammer mistakes but is completely understandable. I have tried to contact the company on the return of the second scooter when it arrives but they have not returned my calls yet.

Base is heavy but I feel safe Itgoeseasile forwards and backwards with a tight gut radius The seat fouls use the ability to move back some but sitting up straight with your rear tight to the back is very comfortable

So far I love it 😀I am 5'8 and 158lbs, there isn't much room for feet on floor area. But thankfully the company made it where I can put my feet (safely) on front tire area. There is so night time light. For the cost I paid I am happy 😊 If I find any problems as I ride this, I will update.

This scooter is just what we needed. The shipping was fast, it arrived earlier than expected.It folds down easily and can be put together quickly. The seat, basket and seat pole all get taken off then the handles bar fold back over the base. The battery lifts off which makes charging easier.The base is heavy so I suggest taking the battery off before lifting it into or out of your vehicle. While one person could lift the base it is easier with two. I could not do this on my own. We have an older Mercedes and it fits easily into the trunk. The scooter has an adjustable speed dial so you can keep pace with people.We bought this for my husband and he has it set at the fastest speed setting, he says it’s so he can zip about and be done faster but secretly it’s so he can buy things without me knowing lol.We are so happy we bought it and recommend it for anyone with mobility issues

when it arrived, I put it together and, according to the book for it , after attaching the charger, the charger will turn red when it has power, yellow while charging and green when the battery is fully charged. it took 2 days before metro mobility told me that, in actuality, red means charging and green full. However, prior to that, it wouldn't turn on. according to the book, there is one 5 amp fuse, the plugin type, on the battery. Checked it, it was good. Checked the battery, it was good. Checked the reset switch, no change. The book doesn't mention that there is a 2nd fuse, inline, in the motor compartment. Two days after I received it, metro mobility told me about it and, when I checked it, it was blown. In the meantime, the 3rd party seller on amazon US mobility, thought the battery was bad and shipped me a new one. After finding out about the fuse, everything was fine.Once I had it running, I took it for a test drive. Fair warning, if you have a bad back, buy a nice thick cushion for the seat. The seat that comes with it is somewhat hard and there's no suspension or shock absorbers and you will feel every little crack or bump in the surface you're going over. I drove halfway around the block and was in so much pain, I had to go home and wait till I had a cushion.Overall, I got it for 849 and 80 off bringing it down to 769. Was it worth it? I had no transportation, can't get vaccinated because I'm allergic, immunocompromised and public transportation where I live is horrible. So, yes, it's worth it to a degree. If you can afford to spend more, do so.

It is easily assembled and taken apart. The battery seems to last quite a while. I only bought it for festivals and flea market shopping, as long walks are hard for me due to arthritis. It was a challenge in figuring how to lift it in to my trunk. It is a bit heavy for me. I basically lifted the front end up to the edge of my trunk, then picked up the back end and pushed it in. You do need to go slow over any obstacles, such as low curbs and cables, etc

Works as advertised and gets me out of the house! Takes everything I've thrown at her so far. Two-miles test run up hills, across grass, rocky rubble, etc. with only one green battery light going out. I'm impressed! Should go farther than I'll ever need to go on one charge. Running her through the paces before venturing into the wilds. Received a non-ambulatory permit for hunting and fishing on state lands. Added a gun rack to the tiller, camo mesh to hang around it and camo backpack for decoys, calls, etc. Lunch and thermos of coffee fits in the basket. NOTE: This is NOT an all-terrain vehicle, nor did I expect it to be! Though I specifically bought it for its high ground clearance I traverse some old blocked off more or less smooth roads on hunting and fishing lands. A few hundred yards in then out does me fine! Can't wait to get back into the woods again!
