Point Relief 11-1315 Pak Large Spine Hot Pack

Post op bicep tendon and slap repair. This is perfect in every way! I let it soak for two hours per the instructions, and then heated it on the stove for about 10 min.The relief is fantastic it’s just like the ones used at physical therapy. Make sure you use a large towel to help protect your skin from the heat. Yes, your clothes will get slightly damp, but that’s to be expected when using a moist product my t-shirt dried quickly.Absolutely recommend!!!

I've used it only once so far because the stencil was so horrible it stunk up the entire room. I had to refund my clients massage. It also never fully dried and stayed wet for days. I am soaking it right now to hopefully kill the smell. It does heat well and stays heated.

I got these in January & the tabs to get them out of the hydrocollator have already come off

I have had hot packs that have lasted years, this product split within 6 weeks.

I bought this for my son who suffers with lumbar pain. This is the same make as the one his physiotherapist uses and it definitely works to ease the pain. It's a big item and the only down side with this is that it has to be wet and you use a microwave to heat the pad. However, my son says it's really helped ease the back pain just like in physio.
