Very easy to use, even when out and about. I can reach all areas of my body with it but in some places I have to use a finger rather than a thumb to press it. As long as part of your hand is touching the silver collar that’s fine.I find it easy to press but if you have problems with your hands it may be problematic if you’re clicking it 20/30 times?It works great through jeans.I don’t find it hurts or presses down on skin when clicked.The click is quite loud, I can’t use it in bed as I’d wake my husband up.Very light weight and easily fits in my pocket or small bag. I always keep it with me when I’m out.It works very well on my knees, I use it on accu points around them. My knee pain comes on when walking down very steep hills sometimes.I recently tore a muscle and unfortunately it hasn’t helped with that pain, but neither has much else, apart from my TENS machine.I love the gels ingredients and it seems to be as good as other brands. A little goes a long way.It seems a common thread on here that it works for some and not others. I guess the only way you will know for sure is to try it. Maybe a friends or sometimes a chemist has a try before you buy, or at least Lloyds used to.I’m glad I brought it.

As my husband has painful arthritis in both his thumbs, I thought this product may give some relief. In the write up nowhere can I find that to make this work you have to press the pen top 30 times in 60 seconds. We thought you just pressed & held. This is of no use to him as his thumbs cannot manage this procedure. Tried to return to seller but he stated that as the package was opened we could not have a refund. I contacted Amazon who agreed the item was not fit for purpose. The seller still would not refund my money. Eventually after many emails & phone calls, Amazon has refunded me. But please be aware that the seller is very unhelpful if there is a problem

Unfortunately, this product did not work for me. It arrived in good time and was well packaged but it just was not for.

Good design and easy to use (need someone to help out applying to back area). Seems to work on most pain types but can hurt while using it

Works well to numb joint pain. Not a long-term solution obviously but a quick short-term fix. I’ve been pleasantly surprised at how well it works.
