This is a great hoop. I’ve compared it to other more expensive hoops and this one is just as good at a much lower price. It’s quiet and smooth. I love it because it’s fun and burns calories quickly. It almost feels effortless compared to most cardio workouts. This is one exercise that I look forward to!

I love this hoop! Getting started felt a little tricky but that was more me than the hoop. It is a pretty quiet hoop. I like that the links disconnect easily and that the weight tether can be extended or shortened as needed. I’ve been using mine daily for about a month now and it’s still working as well as it did the day I got it. I definitely recommend this one!

Been using it sporadically for 3 months. Bought it just before my first Total Hip Replacement and began using it when I was 3 weeks post-op. I "felt it" most in my knees because of the swelling from having recent surgery and my knees weren't use to the circular motion. But I'm on an elliptical daily and lift weights regularly so I rebound fast. If your not already use to moderate activity you are going to take some time (a week or more) to get the motion and endurance built up to hit the average 30 minute mark they suggest. That's including time to recover from any unsuspecting pains.Point is, don't go in expecting this is easy peasy. I'm in pretty great shape even having had a hip replacement in Aug and in Dec. It still took me day 2 of my attempt to get to 15 min. My third non-consecutive day I finally made it to 30 min. and it took 100's of failed tosses of the weight to get there.

Wasn't sure what to expect but I am pleasantly surprised. Was easy to put together and find the right number of pieces to fit my waist. The weighted ball is already filled and was glad I did not have to fill it. I have never used one of these before. In fact, I have never exercised before. I have back issues and thought this would be the easiest baby step to take in the privacy of my home. It arrived today and after a few minutes of practice, I was doing it correctly and the weight was spinning around. It is relatively quiet. No irritation around my waist. Will take some time to build up my stamina but this should work out great for me as a beginner. Well worth the price.

Once you get the hang of it you’ll have a ton of fun getting in some exercise. I love that it comes with so many links

I came across this item while actually looking for a regular hula hoop. I read a lot of reviews and decided on this one. It seems to be a good choice. The links are very easy to snap in and out, it’s quiet, and it’s fairly easy to use once you get the hang of it. You do need a pretty open space to do it though, make sure you consider how far that weight is going to swing once you start!

Very quiet, so I returned the noisy one which I couldn't use when family is asleep. This one is sturdy, easy to use, and fun! I can use it when everyone is sleeping! I just tried it today, will update later if it helps on my fitness level. :)
